Return & Exchange Policy
We handcraft our products lovingly and carefully, so that you enjoy using them as much as we enjoy making them for you. We quality check each product before sending them to you and try to ensure that you always get the best of handmade pieces delivered to you from our end.
That is why we don't exchange or return our products until and unless there's any manufacturing error, in which case you need to contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with relevant & clear images to show the defects so that we can process the return if valid.
In case of return, please make sure the items are sent back to us with original packaging, tags or anything else that might have accompanied the original product.
If your order has been damaged in transit or you received damaged or tampered package, please send us an email to email@example.com within 24 hours with proper pictures of damaged product or package. We'll get in touch with our shipping partner and get back to you within 48 hours. If required, we'll arrange for a return pick-up within 7-10 days.
All returns/exchanges will be subject to our discretion and all related queries will be addressed after we check the product for damage/quality issues.
We make our clothing to your size after you place the order. Which is why it's not possible for us to allow returns or exchanges, as all our garments are made to order.
It's best if you check the size chart properly before placing order and send us your body measurements in the custom request field if you feel that your body shape does not match our size chart measurements.
In case of size issue or alterations, we leave enough margin in our clothing so that it can be altered up to one size by any local tailor easily. If you want us to alter the garment for you, you can send us proper measurements and bear the shipping costs for sending the item back to us and getting it delivered to you post alteration. We'll not charge anything for doing the alterations itself.
We are a small business and we handcraft our products with love & care for each order that you place. So, we don't have a refund policy right now. In case of exchange/return, we will make the same piece for you again or you can select a different product(s) worth same value with the money that we'll be crediting to your wallet.
We do not give any guarantee on color bleeding as we don't get similar guarantee from our fabric suppliers or weavers. But we do check the fabrics before processing orders for bleeding and try to make sure that our fabrics don't give off color.
But, most vegetable-dyed fabrics like Ajrakh, Ikat, Indigo prints or hand block prints tend to give off a light color on every wash since natural dyes are not color fast.
So we recommend Dry Cleaning at least on the first wash and later hand-wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.
For garments with handcrafted details like tassels, embroidery or buttons, Dry Wash is advised as trims & tassels might get damaged if washed without care.
Please do not machine wash any of the garments, clothing items or home decor.
