How to contact in case of queries, requests, issues?
You can send an email to in case of any queries, special requests, custom orders or issues. Please mention your concern in the subject field of the email. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
What is My Account? Do I need to register in order to shop?
You can sign up or register on our website to create your own account where you can keep track of your orders, add different addresses for shipping, manage money in your wallet. Registered members might get first chance to avail of special discounts or offers and know about new launches.
It's not mandatory to register or login in order to shop. But it does make the whole shopping process smoother and helps us create a database of our loyal customers.
Can I add more items to an order that has been placed already?
In case you have placed an order on the website and want to add something more to the already-processed order, you can send us an email to within 48 hours of placing the order and we'll personally add the new items to your existing order.
What is the standard delivery time?
Products that are ready to ship (home decor, stationery, accessories) get dispatched within 4-5 days and shipping takes around 3-4 days within West Bengal and 6-7 days for rest of India.
Clothing items and custom orders generally take around 10-20 days to process (depending upon items ordered) and shipping takes around 3-4 days within West Bengal and 6-7 days for rest of India.
We try to process your orders as fast as we can. The timelines mentioned here are approximate.
How do I track my order?
After your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email from us regarding the same. Once the order is dispatched by us via one of our trusted & popular logistics partners (like Delhivery, Shadowfax or Fedex), you'll receive an email notification with the AWB number & tracking details.
What if I like an item that is sold out?
Unfortunately, our products are limited edition and not mass produced, so items can get sold out very easily as they are available in limited quantities. If you like something that is sold out at the moment, please feel free to drop us an email at or DM us on Instagram - @howrahbridgebyadg and we'll try to help you out with similar options or we can try to make you similar style in other fabrics.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please send us an email to with your order number and contact details to process the cancellation. But if you send the email after 12 hours of placing the order, then we won't be able to process the cancellation.
Since we make our products on order, cancellation is not possible once we start work on your order or once they are dispatched.
I am shopping from another country but want delivery within India. Is it possible?
Yes of course! You can fill in your Indian address details with name & contact number of whoever you are shipping it to and make international payment via PayPal option while checking out through the payment gateway.
Is Cash On Delivery available?
Sorry, but we don't have COD option for placing order. Since most of our items are made to order, payment has to be done online while placing order.
Do you deliver anywhere in India?
Yes, we do deliver PAN India. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our regular logistics partners, we can ship your order via India Post and send you tracking details for same once dispatched. Delivery time might be a bit longer in case of shipping vis Speed Post.
What are the payment options you offer?
Through our payment gateways, you can pay using debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, UPI or PayPal. If you want to pay via online bank transfer, NEFT or any other mode, you can choose the Other Payment option while placing order and send us an email to with your order details.
What to do if payment fails to go through?
If you get payment failure error, please try paying through some other option. You'll get confirmation email only once order is confirmed and payment received.
How can I know more details about any product than what is available on the product page?
We have tried to put up all possible details about the product - materials, colors, styles, details, fits - on the product page. If, in case, you want to know anything specific, please feel free to drop us an email to with the product name or screenshot and with your queries. What I want to customize a certain style or product as per my liking? Do you accept custom orders for dresses or blouses?
Yes, we do take up custom orders. Please send us an email to with your customization request and we can take it up further from there. We also take custom orders for saree blouses, kurtas, dresses, jackets, bridal attires or bridal veils.
Do you take corporate orders, occasion-based orders or bulk orders?
We are open to taking up any kind of bulk orders or special orders for occasions, party favors, bridal masks etc. Do drop in an email to with details of what you want and in what quantity and we can further discuss the best way to go about it.
Is there a physical store where we can see the products up front?
We have a small studio in Tollygunje area in Kolkata, West Bengal. You can visit our studio with prior appointment and shop physically from there too. We accept cash, card payments and GPay for shopping at the studio. You can email us at or DM us on Instagram - @howrahbridgebyadg for appointment at least 4-7 days before coming.
Can I place an order for gifting? Do you provide gift-wrapping service?
Our products do make for great gifts for your loved ones! You can mention in the special request box while checking out if you want us to gift-wrap your order or add a handwritten note (write the message and send us as a special request). You can also email us at with the order ID within 24 hours of placing order and let us know if you want us to gift-wrap your order or add any special message and we would happily do it for you!
