We ship PAN India. 

Orders generally take around 7-10 days to process before being shipped out. Custom orders will take 15-20 days to process before getting dispatched. (Unless otherwise mentioned in product description)

Delivery takes approximately 3-4 days within West Bengal and 6-7 days for rest of India.
